Ian d’Agata, Director of the Wine International Academy in Roma and Professor of Oenology at the University of New Mexico, is the author of an article published in the Decanter Magazine of July 2012, titled “Back to black”… Some considerations regarding the famous black wine, and his top 10 Cahors.

The main part of our winemakers have started to harvest, and it seems the 2010 production will be fantastic ! See the pictures below at Chateau du Cedre, in the vines of Jean-Marc & Pascal Verhaeghe. It’s all hands on board, even for the labybirds, symbol of a lucky charm….. for an excellent 2011 vintage !
