GRAPE VARIETIES :  70% Meunier 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay

AGEING:  Vats and barrels. 3 years on lees. Dosage: 6g/L

TERROIR:  Troissy. Limestone on colluvium, sandy and stony clay
