icon-historiqueTHE STORY

In 1973 René Collet established this estate, located in the commune of Fontaine Denis in the Côte de Sézanne area. He gradually planted the vineyard, built his cellars and developed a know-how that he then passed on to his sons, who joined him in 2006. Thomas & Florent now run the family estate on their own, having converted to organic farming in the meantime, to which they bring ever greater precision and enthusiasm.

icon-historiqueTHE TERROIR

The vineyard, comprising 6 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, is made up of a mosaic of 16 plots planted on chalky, flint and clayey terroirs. This diversity of soils and exposures makes for the rare and unusual nuances that are to be found in their champagnes, thanks to gentle vinification and precise blending.

icon-historiqueTHE SPIRIT

Authenticity, respect for the living world and diversity, patience and experience in the cellar, high standards of quality: these are the principles on which Thomas & Florent base their ethical, gourmet and expressive champagnes.
