Amaros

Vin orange

With Amaros, white grapes are vinified as if they were red grapes: an age-old technique
used in Tuscany and Georgia (and now in Jurançon!). The tannic structure, the acidity,
and the bittersweet character of Amaros make it an outstanding wine.
