AOC Champagne

A blend of 20 different wines with a very low dosage. A characterful nose of stone fruit and spicy fresh citrus fruit. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with a chalky mineral finish that leaves you wanting more. A bottle that lives up to its name!

GRAPE VARIETIES :  70 % Chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir

AGEING:  Wooden casks and barrels. Aged on lees for 2 years. Dosage : 1 g/L
