AOC Gaillac

Alain Rotier & Francis Marre had been wanting to try this for quite some time, and finally got around to it in 2013. An equal amount of Braucol, Duras and Syrah grapes are vinified, aged and bottled without the addition of sulphur. This wine is the expression of red fruit and spices, and is supple and pleasant on the palate. Best enjoyed young (the year of bottling).
