AOC Jurançon 

Evidencia is a selection from some different barrels of Vitatge Vielh. After malolactic
fermentation, the wine is aged in oak for 9 months before bottling, without sulphur
addition. Aromas of peach and apple mingle with notes of pear and medlar and on the
palate, this wine is fresh and expressive.

GRAPE VARIETIES :  Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng & Courbu
