AOC Cahors

This selection of Malbec grapes from a small parcel is vinified and the wine then bottled, without any addition of sulphites.

Fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks and a year long ageing period in wooden tanks follows. This fruit driven wine has it all : length, balance and a velvety texture – delicious!
