The ancient name of the village, but also that of a wine deity, used to showcase a champagne that is always a vintage champagne, reflecting a single year’s weather but also the brothers’ work & choices, and it’s (obviously!) excellent.
GRAPE VARIETIES : 75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir
AGEING: Barrels, tank and concrete ‘egg’. Aged on lees for 5 years. Dosage: 2 g/L
TERROIR: Chalk, flint & clay
