AOC Champagne

Héritage is a nod to our great uncle Anthime Collet, the last cooper in the village. A blend of wines vinified and aged (for ages!) on lees giving a rich, powerful and complex champagne.

GRAPE VARIETIES :  70% Chardonnay, 30 % Pinot Noir

AGEING:  Barrel. Aged on lees for 8 years. Dosage: 2g/L

TERROIR:  Chalk & flint
