AOC Gaillac

Young Sauvignon Blanc and Loin de L’Oeil vines planted in gravelly soil produce the grapes that go into the making of Gravels blanc.

Fermentation and ageing are carried out in tanks so as to preserve an original aromatic profile, where notes of tropical fruit and citrus fruit mingle with a hint of aniseed.
