AOC Champagne

A blanc de blanc that bears the stamp of its terroir. Produced from a selection of 4 parcels, with very little dosage, this extra-brut is energetic and beautifully complex, with notes of brioche, white flowers and lemon. Limited production!

GRAPE VARIETIES :  100% Chardonnay

AGEING:  Wooden casks, barrels, tank & concrete ‘eggs’. Aged on lees for 3 years. Dosage: 1 g/L
